Hall, Democrat, for the office of Lieutenant Governor, Texas back in the early 1970's. I learned from a google search that Mr. Hall is currently a U.S. State Representative for the State of Texas, 4th Congressional District. He changed his political affiliation from Democratic to Republican in 2004. This lucky penny is in excellent condition, please email me with questions.
