There are 2 sealed sets of coins in this envelope. One has regular D ( Denver mint) marks.  The other sealed set ( blue border) has coins with NO mint marks, except for one penny having an 'S' on it.  The strange thing is that there is no'marker' or medallion in the sealed packet to identify the coins  ( whether proof or mint). Every proof or mint set I have ever seen has a medallion inside the packet. There is no "S'' mark on any of the coins except the extra penny.  I am not a coin expert and do not know what this means.  The penny with the 's' is shown in the last photo, as best as possible thru the cellophane and reflection.  Was there a 'goof' in the packaging process along the way?    The envelope is aged, as is shown in the photo.  It was part of an old collection.If any one can educate me, I would appreciate knowing.
