Nice vignettes of horse drawn railway cars. Also, vignettes of allegorical women, Benjamin Franklin and William Penn. Issued to James McManus Condition: cancellation hole punches over signatures. Two crease folds. Pinholes. On reverse is written "Power attaches to certificate #2506" in blue ink. Tear on lower right corner. Some edge tears and wrinkling. Discoloration around borders.
