MPC - VIET NAM1965 (ND) - 10 DOLLARS VERY GOOD GRADE HARD TO FIND CERTIFICATE! Brown MPC from 1965 in very good condition Solid detail and nice eye appeal for a circulated grade MPC...but has one set of staple holes Nice even color and detail for the grade despite some normal soiling Terrific piece of history from the Viet Nam war for any MPC collection - MPC 641 Series 10 Dollars block Number 27! The scanned images depict this paper money fairly well, but can't due justice to the overall appearance of this 10 Dollars MPC from the early Vietnam war era. It carries no date, but was issued in 1965 and is getting hard to find in this very acceptable very good grade. Crisp uncirculated MPCs in this issue are $150+, so this is your chance to pick up a pretty, solid example, albeit with character, at a fraction of the cost. This MPC, serial # J01809976J enjoys nice even color, no real bad stains, no writing, but has a set of light staple marks in the upper left corner of the front of note (very hard to see - if I did point it out might not be noticed) and some even normal soiling, but this is Vietnam character according to my hubby! Moderate vertical center fold and some lighter vertical folds with a corner fold right bottom obverse, yet it still has a hint of crispness. A nice solid very good note for the grade. All corners are present and the MPC enjoys a solid appearance for the grade considering. If you can live with the pair of staple holes and normal circulation soiling, fun note to own.
