Only 300,000 pieces were issued of this 216mm x 133mm legal tender banknote. Obverse side features the oath taking of president Joseph Estrada at the historic Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan. Te reverse side depicts the re-enactment of the declaration of Philippine Independence at the Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite by president Fidel Ramos. The banknote has the signature combination Estrada – Singson, and is enclosed on thick board collectors folder with BSP Certificate of Issuance, mint in folder.
