For auction at the low opening bid of $1.99 is this cumulative convertible preferred stock issued by the Dillingham Corporation to a a Ruth A. Zacharias for forty shares at $2.00 per share. This is an October, 1968 Series Stock. The Dillingham Corporation was incorporated under the laws of Hawaii, March 2, 1902. This tock is number 2303 Created by the American Bank Note Company, it has a green left hand border with a globe on it upon which appears the name Dillingham. Toward the upper center of the stock appears a seated man holding a scroll of paper, behind which is a modern city on his left and a dam on his right. This stock has been folded in thirds and has writing on it, but is in otherwise good condition. It is guaranteed authentic.
