This 1994 dated commemorative "note" is good for 50 GOOD WISHES from the 90th Infantry Division and is in new condition. This "note" was issued in 1994, the 50th anniversary of "D-DAY" , the day the Allies invaded Axis controlled Europe. It really is quite impressive and would be a neat addition to a WW2 collection.
