When the auction is complete the Seller will send an invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller his preferred way of payment. 2. Pay pal is offered to the Buyer as a service only. If a Buyer is willing to pay through Pay pal, he needs to inform the Seller before the completion of payment. 3. For Registered mail service the Seller is responsible/ obliged to send a reference/registration number to the Buyer when is requested. 4. If a letter is lost when a registered service is used, the Seller is obliged to follow the Hellenic Post Office regulations to recover the letter. If the Hellenic (Greek) Post Office investigation team report that the letter is lost (and only then) the Seller will be refunded with $50 as compensation. All the evidences of the Hellenic post office investigation team will be provided to the Buyer after the case is closed if is requested. This procedure may take up to 120 days. 5. The Seller is obliged to follow Hellenic (Greek) Post Office regulations and procedures in order to recover the lost letter on behalf of the Buyer. If the letter is lost term 4 of this policy will apply. 6. Registered service is not in agreement to Paypal terms and conditions because there is no on-line tracking system service. The Buyer can claim for his money only for Registered mail service and only as explained in term 4 of this agreement. 7. If a letter is lost when an Airmail (regular mail) service is used the Buyer will not be refunded in any case. 8. For high value purchases (more than $500) a Buyer in order to protect his purchase shall request a Courier service. In this case if the letter/parcel is lost the Buyer will be fully refunded. We will not send a letter with Courier service to P.O. Box numbers. 9. The Seller is not responsible for any letter delays or losses except what is mentioned in the 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th terms of this agreement. 10. The 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th terms of this agreement are not affecting the statutory rights of the Buyer. A banknote may be returned for full refund if it is not as described. 11. The description/ condition of a banknote is subjective and may vary from person to person. The Seller is not obliged to refund a banknote in any condition other than strictly AUNC or UNC and only if it is not as described. The Buyer is responsible before placing a bid to ask for detailed pictures of a banknote if he (or she) feel unsure about the condition and description at the auction. 12. Insurance is available on request for Registered Service and for an extra charge to selected countries only (ask for details). 13. A $0.5 will be added to the post expenses for each additional banknote/lot the Buyer wins. 14. The items will not be dispatched if payment is not completed in full. 15. If a payment is not completed within 7 days it will result to negative feedback. The Buyer will be also reported to EBAY for further action. 16.
