This auction is for a very rare $2 bill federal reserve note from April 13, 1976, commemorating the American Bicentennial.  Stamp-cancelled first-day issue with special commemorative "Spirit of 76" 13 cent stamp affixed.  Serial number F11364616A.  Features Thomas Jefferson on front and signing of Declaration of Independence on back. Never circulated or even displayed.
