Auction is for an ANCIENT MEDIEVAL SILVER COIN (year 1594) Mary holding Jesus!................... Medieval Silver coin of Mary holding Jesus Christ, dated 1594 (date bottom right 1st photo), measures 9/16" by 1/2" and is very thin!.......... Inverted date, minted in medieval Hungary, circa 8th - 12th century A.D.!.............. I have looked at the details with a 10X jewelers loupe, the strike is very weak, the top half portion of Mary is badly broken up, only the left side of baby jesus is visible, either it is worn or that is just the strike this thin slab of silver received 514 years ago!.............. Photos should provide an accurate condition/description of the coin being auctioned, if you have questions or require additional photos just ask, please keep in mind my approximate grade is my own opinion, I do my best to fully describe what I see, hopefully the photos will accurately relay the true condition of the coin being auctioned!...............
