The cellophane sealed set from thePhiladelphia mint contains one each quarterfrom Massachusets, Maryland, South Carolina,New Hampshire and Virginia. But in the Denver cellophane of this set, there are two quarters from Virginia and the New Hampshire quarter is missing. Pretty neat MINT packaging error!
