The signatures on this AMAZING $2 bill are ~NEFF/SIMON~! Issued on April 13, 1976 in NEW YORK, this note was POSTMARKED at the MALVERNE, NY Post Office, and is available in a STRICTLY LIMITED number of $2 Federal Reserve Notes that were so marked! The current catalog value for a note in THIS ~CU~ condition falls between $8-$50!
