1977 Canada - Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee - Silver Dollar During 1977 the Queen celebrated the 25th anniversary of her accession to the throne. Many countries, including Canada, recognized the event with a special commemorative coin. The design on the reverse depicts the throne of the Senate of Canada, which is used by the Queen or the Governor General for ceremonial occasions. The obverse was specially designed for this coin and bears a special legend and the dates 1952-1977. This coin comes in a black leatherette case, coat of arms, maroon and black plastic insert with a sleeve, printed coat of arms and Canada on it, encapsulated. This coin is perfect for any collection.
