This is a large 63 mm (2 1/2 inch) in diameter, 173-gram (6.1 oz) 1976 PURE .999 Silver Medal commemorating the bicentennial of the United States, issed by the state of Indiana. The medal is unsigned the but reverse, featuring Indiana’s State Seal was sculpted by Ralph J. Menconi 10 years earlier to commemorate the Sesquicentennial of Indiana. The ASW is 5.58 oz TROY. The medal struck by the Medallic Art Company (MACO). The obverse features George Rogers Clark. This is a RARE medal and an EXTREMELY LOW 58. It is in AU condition with small areas of high point rub.
