It has a charcoal and tan border with a drawing of an eagle. It is an original. It measures approximately 10-3/4" x 8". It is in an archival sleeve. I consider this certificate to be in fair condition. There is slight chipping at the edges; it has been tri-folded; and, the middle of the emblem is missing. This item is 100% guaranteed.
