In order to keep our costs down and still provide FREE shipping we ask payments to be made in check or money order. We will ship usually within 24 hours of payments being received by money orders. Checks will wait 5 business days to clear. If you must use PAYPAL or CREDIT CARDS, wait until invoice is sent to you. We do require these payments to be fully INSURED and will place delivery confirmation on each package. The cost of insured is the actual charges of the United States Postal Service (see rate table below). Once you have received the invoice, you may deduct the insured/delivery confirmation charges if you are sending us a payment in the mail. If you want to use Paypal, the insured/delivery confirmation amount will be mandatory. You will then be able to use the Paypal link we send you. **Please understand that any Paypal payments received that are not insured will be refused** WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING on items won on the same invoice. Pay full shipping for the item with the highest priced shipping and just half the shipping price on every item after that. FOREIGN POLICY At this time we will ship just about anywhere in the world. It would be best to email us to confirm shipment to your area. We cannot at this time accept Paypal or Credit cards outside the USA. We require payments to be an international money order only payable in US funds. Though shipping will be more to get to you, we did keep the rates down. In some extreme cases we may be able to ship to you with proof of delivery. The costs are expensive but available to you. Email us if you need further information. RETURN POLICY We use extra effort in assuring our coins are accurately described. Therefore we will gladly accept returns in original, unopened holders within 14 days from the date we ship the item to you. We will at your discretion replace the item of equal value or refund your purchase price only. We cannot refund third party fees such as delivery confirmation, insurance or shipping fees. If we error in listing an item, we will then refund your total purchase price including third party fees.
