Incorporated (in 1907) Under the Laws of the Territory of Arizona
Another certificate that I have not seen before. Issued 101 years ago on May 28th, 1907 for 1,000 shares worth $1 each. Vignette shows a Bull Elk in the wilderness. (Stock# 83) The corporate seal and background design are a shiny-gold color. Signed by J.J. Sullivan as president. The offices were at Birmingham, Alabama, which is kind of unusual for a western mining company. Nice condition with a few folds. UNCANCELLED
