From the Old Roswell Mill Collection. Considered by some numismatists to technically be a pattern, the Small Motto Two Cent issue for 1864 remains a rarity to this day. The present example is housed in an older green label PCGS holder and has great eye appeal. Good mirrors and clean surfaces. Very nice for the grade. JBH & Co.
